Art.1 The Virtual Rescue Team was born from an idea of ??flying enthusiasts and virtual flights on the rescue in all its many forms. The VRT has absolutely no profit, nor project any advertising or commercial interest, but only aims to bring together more people with the same passion and the desire to have fun, trying to play air rescue flights to 360 °.
Art.2 Membership is subject to the evaluation of the STAFF of VRT. The pilot who enrolls in the Virtual Rescue Team accepts in its entirety by this Regulation.
Art.3 Upon registration is requested name, last name, city of residence, province and e-mail. In accordance with the Italy Privacy Act (675/96), such data will be kept by the VRT only for its own internal purposes to the SOG (Special Operations Group).
Art.4 The career of a pilot begins in the Academy where he will start his training. Thanks to the Academy will be able to obtain the authorizations necessary to carry out flights with groups that are part of the VRT.
Art.5 Pilots subscribers can make free missions where there are joint missions assigned by the staff. Such missions must be carried out compulsorily:
1) On-line on the IVAO network.
2) By simulating the operations of the 5 groups in the Virtual Rescue Team. These operations are regulated within the section "Groups of Flight."
3) Observe as much as possible, the actual procedures of rescue.
4) For the purposes of counting the hours of flight, will be taken into consideration only flights operated with the callsign BLADE (IVAP panel).
5) The missions are validated by the staff after entering the 3 required reports:
- SITE (fill in the required fields)
- ORUM (brief mission description and photos attached)
- IVAO (PIREP)
6) These missions must necessarily fall within the canons described in the "flying groups", otherwise it will not be validated.
Art.6 The pilots in the VRT will be found in the following states:
1) ACTIVE - pilot who flies at least once every 30 days.
2) MAINTENANCE - Period not fly on IVAO agreed with the STAFF.
(f, on expiry of the period laid down in the pilot will not have carried out any mission or will not have contacted the STAFF, its status will change to INACTIVE).
3) INACTIVE - Pilot that does not fly for more than 30 days.
(after 15 days in this state, the pilot is discharged).
Art.7 Each pilot can operate from bases which are used in reality by their respective squadrons. For each group can have only one basis to be agreed in advance with the STAFF.
Art.8 The pilot of the Virtual Rescue Team simulates the career of a crew, so you can only make one type of flight time.
Art.9 Disciplinary sanctions: Misconduct will be punished with unquestionable disciplinary action. The measures set out above will be: - Relegation career. - Suspension from any position held. - Expulsion from the VRT. The penalties will be decided by 'the sole discretion of the STAFF and will be' final.
Art.10 The organs of the VRT are: The President, STAFF, those responsible for flight groups.
Art.11 The President is the official representative of VRT in all dealings with third parties. The President may appoint a Vice-President to replace him in all cases of necessity.
Art.12 The administrative STAFF consists of the founding members of the SOG and are the guardians of the spirit guide.
Art.13 The appointments of the heads of groups take place for flight training career. It 'always the responsibility of these positions achieved STAFF formalize and manage them.
Art.14 Although not specifically provided for in this Regulation or abnormal situations, random, reference is made to the Rules & Regulations of IVAO.

Art.1 Il Virtual Rescue Team nasce da una idea di appassionati di volo virtuale e voli riguardanti il soccorso sotto tutte le sue molteplici forme. Il VRT non ha assolutamente alcuno scopo di lucro, nè progetto alcuno di interesse pubblicitario o commerciale, ma mira soltanto a riunire più persone con la stessa passione e con la voglia di divertirsi, cercando di riprodurre voli di soccorso aereo a 360°.
Art.2 L'iscrizione è subordinata a valutazione dello STAFF di VRT . Il pilota che si iscrive al Virtual Rescue Team accetta in toto il presente regolamento.
Art.3 All'atto dell'iscrizione viene richiesto il nome, cognome, città di residenza, la provincia e l'indirizzo e-mail. In conformità alla legge sulla privacy (L. 675/96) tali dati verranno custoditi dal VRT solo per propri fini interni al SOG(Special Operation Group).
Art.4 La carriera di un pilota comincia in Accademia dove inizierà la sua formazione. Grazie all'Accademia si potranno ottenere le abilitazioni necessarie per effettuare voli con i gruppi facenti parte del VRT.
Art.5 I piloti iscritti potranno effettuare missioni libere qualora non vi siano missioni congiunte assegnate dallo STAFF. Dette missioni dovranno essere svolte obbligatoriamente:
1) On-line nel network IVAO.
2) Simulando le operazioni dei 5 gruppi appartenenti al Virtual Rescue Team. Tali operazioni sono regolamentate all'interno della sezione "Gruppi di Volo".
3) Rispettare per quanto possibile, le reali procedure del soccorso.
4) Ai fini del conteggio delle ore di volo, verranno presi in considerazione solo i voli effettuati con CallSign BLADE(pannello IVAP).
5) Le missioni sono validate dallo STAFF previo inserimento dei 3 report richiesti:
- SITO (compilare i campi richiesti)
- FORUM (breve descrizione missione e foto allegate)
- IVAO (PIREP)
6) Tali missioni devono necessariamente rientrare nei canoni descritti nella sezione "Gruppi di Volo", in caso contrario non verranno validate.
Art.6 I piloti nel VRT si potranno trovare nei seguenti stati:
1) Attivo - Pilota che vola almeno una volta ogni 30 giorni.
2) MANUTENZIONE - Periodo di non volo su IVAO concordato con lo STAFF.
(Se allo scadere del periodo stabilito il pilota non avrà effettuato nessuna missione o non avrà contattato lo STAFF, il suo stato cambierà in NON ATTIVO).
3) Non attivo - Pilota che non vola da più di 30 giorni.
(dopo 15 giorni in questo stato, se non si contatta lo staff, il pilota viene congedato).
Art.7 Ogni pilota può operare dalle basi che vengono utilizzate nella realtà da rispettivi gruppi di volo. Per ogni gruppo è consentita una sola base da concordare preventivamente con lo STAFF.
Art.8 Il pilota del Virtual Rescue Team simula la carriera di un equipaggio, pertanto potrà effettuare solo una tipologia di volo per volta. .
Art.9 Sanzioni disciplinari: Comportamenti scorretti saranno puniti con insindacabili provvedimenti disciplinari. I provvedimenti di cui sopra potranno essere: - Retrocessione di carriera. - Sospensione da eventuale incarico ricoperto. - Espulsione dal VRT. Le sanzioni saranno decise dall' insindacabile giudizio dello STAFF e sara' inappellabile.
Art.10 Gli organi del VRT sono: Il Presidente, lo STAFF, i responsabili dei Gruppi di volo.
Art.11 Il Presidente è il rappresentante ufficiale di VRT in tutti i rapporti con i terzi. Il presidente può nominare un VicePresidente che lo sostituisca in tutti i casi di necessità.
Art.12 Lo STAFF amministrativo è composto dai Soci fondatori del SOG e sono i custodi dello spirito guida.
Art.13 Le nomine dei responsabili dei Gruppi di volo avvengono per carriera formativa. E' sempre compito dello STAFF formalizzare tali incarichi raggiunti e gestirli.
Art.14 Per quanto non espressamente previsto nel presente regolamento o per situazioni anomale e casuali, si fa riferimento alle Rules & Regulations di IVAO.

Questo regolamento ha come unico scopo quello di fornire uno spaccato dello spirito del SOG, congiuntamente a quanto specificato nella pagina di presentazione e comunque puo' subire variazioni che saranno segnalate a tutti i membri.
